Hello Deer
Here's a photo of a small deer from our backyard. It doesn't seem like much. Just an animal making its way through our yard for some daylilies or an afternoon nap. It’s these everyday moments we catch on camera that really made my wife and I excited to be in our new home. About two years ago, we moved away from the city to a nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard. Wait, before I go any further I’d like to put this into context. We’re not talking about the great plains here. My wife and I had always lived in apartments very close to the city so the half acre we have now seems like a wild kingdom with furry and not so furry critters we’ve never seen before. That’s where our fascination comes from. It’s a new experience for us and one that’s often overlooked. Here is where we’ll share some of our encounters, things we’ve learned, and of course some photos. So for now, here’s a #deer.
